Instructions to make Chicken momos:
- For filling heat a pan add oil then add chopped onions+ginger+garlic+green chilli stir fry for minutes then add our minced chicken mc everything Well and cook for 15 minutes, then add our all veggies+ salt+ sauces.Mix it well and keep the mixture to cool down..
- For chutney: firstly,in a deep bottom pan take 1 cup of water add tomatoes,chillies and almonds. Boil for 5 minutes or till tomatoes start peeling it's skin. Now in a mixer grinder put all the boil ingredients then add soya sauce+sugar and vinegar+oil,grind into a smooth paste, now momos chutney is ready..
- For dough:In a bowl take all-purpose flour,Add salt and oil.add water gradually and make a dough.cover with Muslin cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes..
- Now take a small portion of dough, add filling in a centre and wrap it with whichever shape you desire.Repeat the process for the remaining dough and mixture.place them on a steamer. Cover and let it steam for 10 minutes..
- Put the flame off. Serve hot with momos chutney..
