- Now make small size balls from dough roll it through rolling pin add paneer stuffing.
- Make 5 to 6 pleats from edges and than fold it fully and keep aside.
- Like this make all momos.. Boil water in vessel than keep sieve over it by greasing oil than keep momos on it cover it with lid and let it steam for 15 minutes.
