- Blend tomato and cashew nuts into fine paste.keep aside..
- Heat a pan, Once it heated add 1tbsp of oil. Roast 🍄 mushroom (after sometime it will srink) keep aside..
- Heat a same pan, add 3tbsp of oil add funnel seeds, cinnamon, cardamom roast in oil (don't burn it)..
- Add finely chopped onion saute upto it gets soft. Now, add (step 1)paste. Mix well..
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garammasala mix well. Now add (step 2) mushroom. Mix well and cover with lid. Leave it for 5min.
- Don't pour water because in mushroom have water content so, in mushroom release water. After some time if you need water you can add it..
- Finely add some Coriander leaves..
- Ready to eat!.
